Terms & Conditions
Deposit: Non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total cost of your Luxury Adventure plus any airfares, accommodation and other services that require advance purchase must be paid on confirmation of booking.
Final Payment: Required no later than 24 hours prior to Full Day Luxury Adventure and 7 days prior to Extended Luxury Adventures. Most major Credit Cards are accepted for payment subject to a 10% processing fee.
Cancellations: Half or Full Day Luxury Adventures and Transfers cancelled less than 24 hours prior to departure will be charged the full value of the confirmed booking. Extended Luxury Adventures that include other services such as pre-paid accommodation, air or sea travel cancelled at less than 7 days prior to departure will be charged the full value of the confirmed Luxury Adventure. Cancellations advised prior to the above deadlines will be charged a cancellation fee of 10% of the Luxury Adventure value plus any non-refundable charges made by any other included travel service provider.
Refunds: Subject to Cancellation Conditions with no refund available on any unused portion of your Luxury Adventure.
Changes to your Adventure cost and itinerary: Your Luxury Adventure cost and itinerary are subject to change without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances or increase in costs.
Insurance: A suitable Travel Insurance policy is recommended in the event of unforeseen circumstances that require, the cancellation of or the need for additional expenses on your Luxury Adventure, Gary Grimes Classic Adventures and Luxury Adventures Public Liability insurance is limited to the transport of passengers from point to point as directed or requested by the passenger or their appointed agent. Any third party providing services included in a tour itinerary , or on behalf of Gary Grimes Classic Adventures or Luxury Adventures are responsible for the provision of their own public liability insurance protection.
Minimum Luxury Adventure group size: Each Luxury Adventure is based on a minimum of 2 passengers. Should that number not be met we reserve the right to offer alternative arrangements.
Group Bookings: All Luxury Adventures can be tailored to suit the needs of any size group. Some tours may be limited to a maximum of 12 passengers, however special arrangements can be made for larger groups, subject to availability. Group Winery tours must stick to an agreed itinerary.
Air and Sea Services: All Luxury Adventures that include air or sea travel are subject to the normal conditions of carriage of the service provider. A copy of these conditions is available on request.
Admission fees: Unless otherwise stated, admission fees are included on all Luxury Adventures.
Safety and Comfort: Seat belts must be worn at all times while our vehicles are in motion. Smoking is not permitted inside our vehicles. Bottled water is provided for passengers with no other beverage or food permitted inside our vehicles. Consumption of liqour is prohibited in or near vehicles. No animals or dangerous goods maybe carried at an time.
Waiting time: $5.00 per five minutes after first five minutes of confirmed booking time.
Cleaning fees: All vehicles are cleaned prior to each journey. Any soiling of the vehicle interior requiring deep cleaning will be charged a minimum cleaning fee of $100.00.
